邊境戰間諜規管

• 以間諜形式在進入點阻礙友軍封門。
• 以間諜形式向友軍施放惡意保護魔法。
• 惡意站進結界石內導致無法攻擊結界石或無法攻擊該玩家。
• 惡意站進無法被攻擊的區域。

由於技術問題，我們無法修復的區域或間諜行為，我們會改為明文規定的處罰機制。

For the  technical problem we cannot fixed the player spy problem ,  so we created a rule for Penalties.

* Reporting requires continuous screen capture to prove stand in enemy entry point for more than 3 seconds.
