01. Basic Management Rules

Definition:
2 R4 n1 x1 Z/ X6 @' H" n1. For violation of these rules, warning will be given and  point deduction basis will be adopted, handling details are listed below:
[1 Point]: GM will give a warning, and the account will be suspended for 7 days.
3 k& n1 C, Q* c[2 Points]: GM will give a warning, and the account will be suspended for 30 days.
1 {2 @% {' p7 Q/ u[3 Points]: The account will be permanently suspended.

! w5 D7 `7 {: V; r2. Except malicious PK warning points is having a separate record, all other warning points merge various rules for calculation, and the deducted points are recorded permanently.

Example 1: Player A who has violated the rule of using accelerator on 29 March will have a record of 2 points deducted and receive punishment of 14-day-account suspension. Player A then violated PK rules on 12 June. He will be recorded 1 point deduction for PK violation and received punishment of 7-day-account suspension.

Example 2: Player B who has violated a rule of using BUG to damage the game on 4 April will have a record of 1 point deducted and receive punishment of 7-day-account suspension. He then violated another rule of using accelerator on 20 April which give him having 2 points deducted. As he has got 3 points deducted for overall, his account will be suspended permanently.

Additional Information:
; d, s: m# Q6 \+ w7 T& i1. Anyone who is confirmed making copy/ copies of any items in any way in the game, his account will be suspended permanently.
    (Each item in the game has a unique serial number. Any items that contain identical serial number is regarded as COPY.)

2. About appeal cases processing: One who have not sent email to yarehk2004@yahoo.com.hk to apply for an appeal within 7 days after account suspension would no longer have any rights to apply for appeal for the related account afterwards.

3. For confusion recovery cases, one who fail to report the problem within 14 days, any reports done afterwards will not be handled.

Purpose:

• To guarantee all players who play normally can carry out the game
• Avoid ethic huggers and players who try to use legal loopholes.

• Avoid spy activities

Ranges for flexible handling includes:

• Maliciously click trade to other players affecting the game to carry out properly.
• Carrying out unnecessary activities which affect others’ training at safe training area. (Including trading, duel, attracting monster, robbing monsters)
• Players who are using the same IP carrying out malicious PK.
• Verbally provocated other players repeatedly
• Affecting treasure map challengers by any means.
• Defraud trading.

• Complainants’/ offenders’ IP’s behavior records (e.g. using alternative accounts carrying out malicious PK/ fraud/ breaking rules might cause more serious punishment or lower chance in appeal.
• Complainants’/ offenders’ IP’s content of speech. (e.g. using alternative accounts to create verbal provocation.

Principles for flexible handling:

• If the account (or IP) was found carrying out malicious PK several times, it is possible that the account might be suspended after one more malicious PK.
• If the account (or IP) has not offended any special rules before, it might be able to wavie for the punishment for an offence which is not too serious for once.
• If the account (or IP) was found carrying out fraud transcacton several times, it is possible that the account might be suspended after one more fraud transcacton.
• If the account (or IP) was found carrying out fake transaction invitation/ DUEL/ dragging monster several times, it is possible that the account might be suspended after one more fake transaction invitation/ DUEL/ dragging monster.

03. Rules in Managing Use of Plugins and Actions which Damage the System

- D' f! m$ V8 DThe game forbidden any activities that damage the order of the game, affect the rights of other player and change the behavior of the game by adding  non-original design effects.

1. Prohibit the use of any anomalies packet transmission rate tool. The action of causing territories around to be delayed in order to have oneself accelerate is prohibited too. All related accounts would be given 2 points deduction.
2. Prohibit players from editing the content of the programme. All actions that destroy the game balance / affecting other users / changing behavior of non-original design effects. would be given 3 points deduction, causing suspension of the account.
  {! Y9 {! @. g+ S3. Prohibit the use of any System Bugs and Malicious Damage in Game. Offenders will be given 1 to 3 points deduction.

Example: Player B was found by GM using accelerator on 19 June. According to the rules, the player would be given 2 points deduction for warning. If the player refuse to take GM’s advice of stopping such action, one more points would be deducted, causing permanent suspension of the account.

Additional information:
1. In order to prevent unnecessary misunderstandings, players are recommended not to take part in battle/war/pk when you’re their network is unstable, so that the situation of not synchronous with players in main areas can be avoided.

05. Treasure Map Safeguard Rules

Purpose:
1. prohibited to snatch others open treasure map
2. prohibited steal others prizes in treasure map.
3. prohibited malicious PK challenge players in a treasure map.

For the  technical problem we cannot fixed the player spy problem ,  so we created a rule for Penalties.
The first offender was suspended for 7 days, and the malicious offense was suspended again for 14 days.

For Resurrection point of LocalWar will send back to Cities , the Main-Cities will added in Protection Area on Local-War period.

In any map, the players are not the same nationality  malicious PK. If violations killed in camera and uploaded to GM to follow up complaints region.
