斷線重新連線功能調整 :

• 按確認後 20秒 倒數 -> 45秒 倒數.
• 伺服器縮短判斷角色已斷線並踢下線的操作 ( 80 秒 -> 35秒 )
• 計時器會在偵測斷線後開始計算，如斷線後超過 45 秒後才按下確定重新連線，將會直接立即重連。
  (已斷線的時間 Sec - 45 Sec , 如斷線30秒後按重連則停數時間為 15秒. )
• 修復斷線超過兩小時已上的首次重連會失敗的情況 .

Optimize the disconnection reconnection function :
# o: |4 _" ^+ E0 E- G

• Re-connection count down 20 Sec-> 45 Sec.
• Adjust the server to remove non-signal characters and kick them offline ( 80 Sec -> 35Sec )
• The timer will start counting after the disconnection is detected. If the disconnection exceeds 45 seconds before pressing OK to reconnect, it will directly reconnect immediately.
• Fix the situation where the first reconnection will fail if the connection has been disconnected for more than two hours.
