D3 Shoes is not any increase the moving speed.
You need to try this setting .
1. D3 Shoes + without speed up magic
2. 167 shoes + without  speed up magic
3. D3 shoes + with speed up magic
; z. L( }& o) f: p3 y- G4. 167 shoes + with speed up magic

0 T8 A" Q% h, z* i' [1 K4 TSet 1 is not same the set 2.
Set 3 is same the set 4.

We are increase speed of the D3 shoes when used speed up magic.
In normal status the D3 shoes is no any difference.
! z0 j) p0 e5 V) s/ m0 \; \' C* h* z
Speed up magic in normal case has increased 30% speed,
Now , equip the D3 shoes and used the speed up magic is increased 30% + 20~30%.

& x& |' ^) K+ b: W
$ y5 `. X( }3 j9 U% S" o3 k7 h項目一 : 戰、祭、巫 的雙手武器 只是多了一個 70盾的效果.
        而且該武器類別一直也有替代品.  而且不是比單手武器高很多攻擊力 , 但缺了一個三轉盾的防.

  H' _8 u% V9 U5 l) o1 @- a項目二 : 選擇 D3 鞋配職業的加速技能後 會以 167鞋的作為效果 .
      要跑得快就需要 真的配197鞋 才能有最極致的速度.

9 V5 z- C9 h8 O2 d+ C, T' c5 T項目三 : 只是把原有祭司的奪取生命值功能還原回來 ,
      當初加入限制的原因 沒找到更新記錄 , 只能假設是因為  祭司以外的職業濫用而被整招限制.
% m" G% `9 @8 U      或是因為 祭司當時擁有最高防禦力及一吸清袋的能力 , 壓倒性不平均而改掉了.
/ S6 Y+ O) a8 e* r, T
& r: P; {3 c! T6 k0 z" ^/ O% v項目四 : AC蠟燭也不是 100% 對抗  破22 蠟燭. 而且使用 破22蠟燭的人一定處身係 100% 命中 ,
      因為玩家不接受 70% 的物迴蠟燭 有對抗 100% 的命中設定 .  
: Q* Z* w# i6 q$ B! x8 J8 v     現在的算是跳過了上次被反對的部分吧. 而且AC蠟燭作34% 去避免破22/33 運氣差依然可能全被破防.

" C: |% j, M: G' z: z之前太多弱化了的項目是沒有在  AC公式改動的考慮條件之中.
/ e! J* t% S9 s% y' N而且改動的數值太多數以 中位數取平均值 ,
) Z" c. G- W* C% c+ k如果玩家體驗完有意見反映 , 也是歡迎體驗後再提出 、分析、討論、調整方案.

0 l* O, ]5 E4 D/ `另一位玩家提到的甚麼改回原版設定的留意 ,我們會直接無視 ,  
. r2 ~3 `8 m8 c原版設定其實沒有預算   Grade 保戒、G8傳武等 裝備輕易集齊,
所以舊AC 公式只要 250 AC 基本上是無敵高防(約95% 防) , 而且可能太多數人也是這樣  
# o* n6 U$ P* R: j% r/ r" z而龍族算是 PVP 類遊戲不是以 PVC 純打怪的遊戲.
以 250AC (95%防) 的情況 , 估計會是祭司的天下.

假如日後會開新分流 , 那邊不打算開放 傳武 的情況 , 是會考慮使用原版AC公式 .

有個外觀上的更改想提意一下~
女子角色用屠龍盾以上的~
可否改做88盾的外觀呢?
  E' {7 ^3 B. Y* I" E或者張88盾和100盾兩個外觀交換?

. \# z5 E' l# `5 F而88的是強壯一些.

不知道韓國當初是錯誤對調了還是怎樣.
1 o3 f( G1 w1 L. |' U; l不過也不知其他玩家有甚麼看法.

估計沒人反對吧，因為88盾真的好看
